Refund & Exchange Policy – Voro Collection
At Voro Collection, we ensure that every product is delivered with premium quality and care. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Refund / Exchange
You can request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, broken, or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Product has manufacturing defects
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Mandatory Proof (IMPORTANT)
To process any refund or exchange request,
you must provide an unboxing video showing:
- Package opening clearly
- Product condition at the time of delivery
- Visible damage or issue
Without a proper unboxing video, no refund or exchange will be accepted
Exchange Policy
- Eligible products will be replaced with the same item
- Exchange will be processed after verification
- Reverse pickup may be arranged (depending on location)
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only if:
- Replacement is not available OR
- Product is out of stock
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (if applicable)
Processing Time: 5–7 working days after approval
Non-Eligible Cases
Refund/Exchange will not be accepted in these cases:
- No unboxing video provided
- Product used or damaged after delivery
- Request raised after 48 hours
- Minor color/design variations (due to screen differences)
